Stephanie Pazzaglia from JJ McDonnell, a leading supplier of premium seafood, will be your guide through the world of salmon. Discover the various types of salmon available in the market and learn the best preparation techniques for each variety.

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll create three different salmon dishes to take home while sampling the end products. Here’s a taste of what you’ll experience:

  • Salmon Tartare: Prepare the marinade and sauce for a delectable tartare to take home, while enjoying a freshly made tartare dish.
  • BBQ Salmon: Craft a savory BBQ rub for a delicious BBQ salmon, and savor a perfectly grilled BBQ salmon dish.
  • Poached Salmon: Make a flavorful broth with aromatics for poached salmon, and indulge in a delicately poached salmon dish.

We will feature three types of salmon: Sockeye, Superior Fresh, and Faroe Island. Each dish will highlight the unique qualities of these premium varieties.
