The evening will begin with an exploration of bitters—what they are, their origins, and why they’re a crucial ingredient in classic drinks.
Nate will then lead a tasting of four iconic New Orleans cocktails:

Guests will enjoy a half-portion of each cocktail, along with insightful stories behind their creation. Throughout the class, indulge in New Orleans-inspired small bites, including cajun peel-and-eat shrimp, mini hush puppies, and muffuletta dip with crostini.
