Cheesemonster, dedicated to promoting artisanal cheese and cheese education since 2017, brings a wealth of passion to this experience.

During our immersive workshop, you’ll explore the diverse world of cheese with a curated selection of five distinct cheese styles, all made by female cheesemakers in the United States. From creamy bries to sharp cheddars, each cheese tells a story of craftsmanship, culture, and terroir.

Under Alice’s guidance, delve into the nuances of cheese production, exploring topics such as cheesemaking techniques, regional influences, and the art of cheese pairing (wine will be available for purchase).
